Job Description

  • Support doctor training program development and logistics
  • Maintain an engaging relationship with clients and government officials to explore business opportunities across Hong Kong and China
  • Coordinate clinic chain development, construction and operation
  • Conduct market research and statistical analysis
  • Training system, corporate website, social media and telemedicine platforms support and maintenance
  • Assist in event planning
  • Prepare presentations, news articles and marketing materials

 

Who do we typically have in our team?

  • University graduates, typically with major in business administrations. However, we really embrace a multi-background culture. Our team members have majored in journalism, law, linguistics, media, accounting, to name a few.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Possesses a strong skill set of problem-solving, negotiation, presentation and communication
  • Some previous experience in healthcare related industries, but not pre-requisite
  • A team player that is highly sociable and responsive
  • Willing and able to travel regularly for work
  • Proficient in MS office, knowledge of video/photo editing is an advantage

Analyst Programmer - Web Application

The Job

  • Assist in the IT project development and other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Responsible for developing functional specifications, performing system design and programming.
  • Performing testing, system maintenance and prepare technical documentation.

The Person

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience ASP.NET C# MVC programming is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in Native Android app development.
  • In-depth knowledge in JS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, PHP, NET, Transact-SQL, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge on Mobile app / API development / SSAS is a plus.

Administrative Assistant - Clinic Operations

The Job

  • Assist the executive in managing and organizing day to day operations and affairs of the clinics, including Admin and Operations
  • Provide back end support to clinic operations team, including but not limited to procurement, maintenance, administrative support 
  • Liaise and coordinate with both external vendors and internal departments
  • Assist and prepare reports

Customer Service Assistant

The Job

  • Handle hotline member enquiries and membership data management
  • Provide support on medical claims pre-approval according to the policy's administrative guidelines, review and related follow up work
  • Provide prompt and excellent customer service to members on benefit explanation & emergency cases
  • Arrange Central Booking Appointment and co-ordinate with customers and Providers
  • Handle Letter of Guarantee arrangement
  • Handle Providers hotline to assist in system usage
  • Report issues to team leader

The Person

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service industry
  • Experience in insurance or medical industry is a definite advantage

Pharmacist

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise drug procurement, dispensing and clinical medication-use process and policy setting
  • Provide professional advice on medications selection for Drug Formulary Committee
  • Coordinate with and support clinical staff in drug inventory control
  • Monitor and meet medication-use compliance to in-house quality standards
  • Regular reviews and update on all in-house pharmaceutical policies and protocols
  • Identify and assess areas of improvement with rectifications and preventive actions
  • Assist the Head of Clinic Chain Management Department in the development of corporate pharmaceutical services to meet operation objectives

 

Requirements

  • A Certificate of Registration and practicing certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poison Board of Hong Kong
  • Relevant experience in public or private healthcare services is preferable
  • At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in sizable healthcare setting
  • Know-how to uphold the principles in service implementation, while ensuring compliance with the Group policy and practices
  • Sound analytical skills and result-driven with strong initiative, integral and committed character
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Local visits between central office and various clinics are required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of PC operation, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
