Analyst Programmer (Ref: AP2017)

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the IT project development and other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Responsible for gathering user requirements, feasibility studies, developing functional specifications, performing system design and programming.
  • Performing system maintenance and prepare technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • 5 years working experience in programming, system analysis and design.
  • Experience in development of healthcare system is highly preferable.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Javascript, HTML, .NET, ADO, Crystal Report, Transact-SQL, MSSQL.
  • Certified in MCSD and MCSA would be an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand users’ needs.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skill in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarinn

Clinic Chain Management Officer (Ref: CCMO2017)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support daily operation and development of a chain of clinics
  • Write and review clinic policies and supervise on its implementation at clinic chain level
  • Provide advices and solutions to line manager and clinic in-charge on clinic related issues
  • Coordinate with other management teams to monitor clinic functions
  • Provide emergency supports to clinics when needed
  • Local visits between central office and various clinics are required
  • Assist in procurement of the medical equipment and clinic consumables
  • Monitor tendering process and assist in contract management.
  • Monitor the inventory to meet operation needs 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum of 3 years' relevant administration or operation experience
  • Result-driven with strong initiative and commitment
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese

Assistant Accountant – PRC Team (Station in Hong Kong) (Ref: AC1016)

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle full set of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations primarily for books of PRC companies and monthly closing of other HK entities when needed
  • To assist in performing financial analysis and budgeting
  • To assist in preparing monthly consolidation and management reports for PRC
  • To assist in preparing reports and schedules related to annual audit
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by senior management;

 

Requirements:

  • At least diploma holder in accounting or student member of professional accounting body
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise sales progress, make proactive suggestions to improve sales performance, regulator reports on B2B business development, ensuring team executes sales forecast according to budgets and attention to details.
  • Marketing research and strategic planning to fulfill the company’s target.
  • Formulate business development plans and sales strategies to meet the growth of the sales and building the brand awareness.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Work closely with other teams to provide support to the business development and market effort in both Beijing and Shanghai.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Marketing / Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 year’s working experience in business development and marketing in China, with actual on-shore experience is preferable
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, proficient in English
  • Strong leadership, work independent, communication skills and good team player
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with corporates and insurance companies
  • Knowledge and experience in managing sales force, utlising software (e.g. CRM software) to assist sales monitoring and development

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and perform the supply and purchasing function for the company.
  • Write and review procurement policy for the company.
  • Develop and source new products / suppliers to facilitate the company direction
  • Formulate purchasing plan and replenishment to meet company needs and targets
  • Manage strategic suppliers' relationship, problem solving and improvement plan

Medical Laboratory Technician (Part II) (Ref: MLTII 2017)

Responsibilities:

  • Require to carry out all kinds of medical laboratory tests and procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff in the laboratory
  • Interface with doctors and laboratory technicians to ensure adherence to quality requirements
  • Customer oriented with good communications with doctors, nurses and other corporate clients
  • To compile and maintain quality management system
  • To assist in laboratory documents maintenance including lab manuals, SOP, QA records, maintenance records, inventory records..etc.
