The Job

 The Person

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Possess working experience in programming and end user support
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Javascript, HTML, XML, .NET, Crystal Report, Transact-SQL, MSSQL

Developer (Mobile App) IOS, Objective-C, Xcode, Swift

The Job

  • Assist in the Mobile App project development and other ad-hoc assignments
  • Responsible for developing functional specification, performing system design and programming
  • Performing testing, system maintenance and prepare technical documentation

 The Person

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Solid experience in iOS mobile app programming is a must
  • Hands-on experience in XML, JSON, CSS, Git, Markdown
  • Understand the unit measurement of UI, Web screen and layout
  • In-depth knowledge in,
    IOS: Objective-C, Swift, XCode and IOS SDK
  • Knowledge on ASP.NET MVC and API development is a plus
  • Self-motivated, good analytical and problem solving skills

Customer Service Assistant

The Job

  • Handle hotline member enquiries and membership data management
  • Provide support on medical claims pre-approval according to the policy's administrative guidelines, review and related follow up work
  • Provide prompt and excellent customer service to members on benefit explanation & emergency cases
  • Arrange Central Booking Appointment and co-ordinate with customers and Providers
  • Handle Letter of Guarantee arrangement
  • Handle Providers hotline to assist in system usage
  • Report issues to team leader
  • Handle ad hoc assignment / servicing issues

The Person

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service industry
  • Experience in insurance or medical industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong problem solving skills with positive attitude
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently
  • Good computer skills including MS Office
  • Good command of English and Cantonese. Fair command of Mandarin

The Job

  • Perform accounts payable duties including the process of suppliers’ payments via cheque and/or through autopay system
  • Perform accounts receivable duties including input of customer settlement details in assigned systems
  • Prepare account analysis and related accounting reports
  • Perform bank reconciliation and clearance of non-reconciled items
  • Handle phone enquiries from suppliers and customers
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

The Person

  • Diploma holder in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with 1 year in the healthcare sector is preferred
  • Ability in meeting tight deadlines with a positive work attitude
  • Self-initiative with good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Experience in using SUN accounting system
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

The Job

  • Perform drug dispensing and clincial medication-use process
  • Coordinate with and support clinical staff in drug inventory
  • Comply with medication-use guidelines and in-house quality standards
  • Assist the Team in-charge to enhance better durg inventory management

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, perferably in healthhare environment
  • A certificate of registration and practising certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poison Board of HK
