Accounting Assistant

The Job

  • Handle account payable duties including suppliers' payment via cheque and/or through autopay system
  • Prepare account analysis and related accounting reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and able to handle independently related follow up on non-reconciled items
  • Maintain accounting entries and ensure accurate data including customer settlement details are recorded in the assigned systems
  • Handle phone enquiries from business vendors and clients
  • Undertake other supporting ad hoc duties as assigned

The Person

  • Diploma holder in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with 1 year healthcare sector is preferred
  • Experience in using SUN accounting system
  • Self-initiative with good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability in meeting tight deadlines with positive working attitude
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Analyst Programmer - Web Application

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the IT project development and other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Responsible for developing functional specifications, performing system design and programming.
  • Performing testing, system maintenance and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience ASP.NET C# MVC programming is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in Native Android app development.
  • In-depth knowledge in JS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, PHP, NET, Transact-SQL, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge on Mobile app / API development / SSAS is a plus.

Claims Officer

The Job

  • Process and approve medical claims and hospitalization pre-admission approval
  • Handle enquiries from respective clients on claims related matters
  • Ensure a smooth daily operation and continuous claims process enhancement
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Participate in reviewing related service guidelines and processes
  • Compile regular reports

The Person

  • University graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with insurance professional qualifications
  • Passionate in medical / healthcare industry

The Job

·     Handle full training cycle from preparation of training materials till the evaluation of training effectiveness

The Job

  • Oversee the drug procurement administration and approval processes at Group level
  • Collaborate with clinical and professional in administering drug inventory management
  • Develop plans, priorities and best practices on drug procurement, inventory and replenishment management for medical chain
  • Conduct effective sourcing, vendor evaluation and performance monitoring as well as commercial negotiation with vendors
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

The Person

Experience in private healthcare services is preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical chain or sizeable

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Healthcare subjects
