Accountant

The Job

  • Ensure timely provision of monthly group consolidation and management reports
  • Oversee day to day accounting operations and cash flow control
  • Handle full set of accounts including China and inter-company books
  • Take charge and prepare annual audit and act as liaison for company secretarial matters
  • Prepare financial analysis and profit tax reporting
  • Assist in budgeting and monthly closing

The Person

  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification with HKICPA/ ACCA and Big 4 training
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in which 2 to 3 years in similar capacity

  • Experience in using SUN accounting system is of advantage

Analyst Programmer - Web Application

The Job

  • Assist in the IT project development and other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Responsible for developing functional specifications, performing system design and programming.

The Person

The Job

Procurement Manager

The Job

  • Oversee the drug procurement administration and approval processes at Group level
  • Collaborate with clinical and professional in administering drug inventory management
  • Develop plans, priorities and best practices on drug procurement, inventory and replenishment management for medical chain
  • Conduct effective sourcing, vendor evaluation and performance monitoring as well as commercial negotiation with vendors
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

The Person

Experience in private healthcare services is preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical chain or sizeable

Clinic Operations Officer

The Job

  • Work closely with Clinic Management Operation Manager in provision of  medical administrative service operation and special project support and assist in policy setting

  • Supervise a small team and work closely with other departments in provision of direct billing and settlement services for clients and brokers
